North Marin Water District filed a petition for change on December 29, 2010. The petition requested to change the purpose of use from municipal to fish and wildlife preservation and enhancement and place of use from North Marin Water District's service area to instream use within Lagunitas Creek. North Marin Water also filed a petition for change on June 18, 2012. The petition requested for the modification of terms and conditions within Water Right License 4324B in order to increase reliability of North Marin Water Distirct's water supply.
