Document Description
Make accessibility improvement at the Rancho Del Oso Ranger Station/Visitor Center in Big Basin State Park to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and meet requriements in the "California State Parks Accessibility Guidelines". Work will: *Remove existing wood deck; * Excavate approximately 12 holes each approximately 12" in diameter to rebuild the 6' wide by 38' long deck with ramp from Doug fir and ocmposite material decking; *Saw cut and remove a 20' by 18' section of asphalt parking; excavate to level, form and pour a new concrete parking space and stripe per ADA guidelines; * Import approximately 6 cubic yards of aggregate to level and make minor repairs to the equestrian ramp and picnic area.
