Document Description
An Amendment to Turnout Agreement between AVEK and the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) dated March 28, 2011 is required to expand the previously approved encroachment on DWR property. Additional pipeline is required for delivery of water from the existing conveyance turnout facility for the benefit of AVEK's local customers. The Installation of pipeline will be along previously disturbed land within the right-of-way of DWR, and in accordance with DWR specifications.
