Document Description
The California Department of Public Health (Department) is the lead agency. The Department's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program is providing state funds for the project. The West Goshen Mutual Water Company proposes to install a pipeline that will connect the drinking water distribution system of West Goshen to the drinking water supply ines of California Water Service - Visalia water system, replace the existing distribution system, and install residential water meters. This project will provide water to residents who are facing an imminent, catastrophic well failure of the exisitng production well.
