Document Description
The existing Town of Mammoth Lakes Transit Facility consits of a 12,000 square foot building on a 1.5 acre lot. This enhancement project will iprove upon existing facilities to accommodate existing maintenance, vehicle storage, and general operations. This project will expand the transit facility onto an uderutilized portion of the lot that was up until las year utilized as an impound yard. The project will be designed and plnnaed so that it can be constructed in phases as funding allows.
