Document Description
Tejon Ranchocorp, a common water user in DRWD and AVEK is requesting a one-year transfer of up to 1,993 acre-feet (AF) of DRWD's SWP Table A water a AVEK in 2013. This relates to a permanent transfer of the same amount that was requested to DWR on January 10, 2013; the permanent transfer is anticipated to be effective January 1, 2014; in the meantime, Tejon Ranchcorp desires to use the water for their farming operations in AVEK, instead of using the water for farming in DRWD.
