Document Description
Caltrans proposes a safety project to replace Sand Barrels with the 'Smart Cushions' in various locations. Construction would remove the existing crash cushions and install Smart Cushions. Minor work would occur off the paved roadway with minimal excavation to pour a level concrete pad for the placement area of the crash barriers.
