Document Description
The proposed project would include the Independence Day "Big Bay Boom" fireworks program in Imprerial Beach on July 4, 2013. The project would include a fireworks display with an approximately 20 minute duration. The fireworks would be discharged off the Imperial Beach Pier, starting at 9pm. Construction of on-land support facilities is not needed and no admission fee would be charged; however, the pier would be closed all day for preparation of the discharge site.
