Document Description
The proposed project involves the modification of existign utilities in order to modernize the Crosby Street Pier, including electrical, telecommunication, sewer, and water infrastructure. Project work required to modernize the Crosby Street Pier will include the following:
Electrical
* Installation of a switchboard, conduits, a circuit breaker, six meters, and a San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) transformer pad in the southeast corner of the Crosby Street Pier parking lot in order to provide on-shore electrical power to the Crosby Street Pier
Telecommunication
* Extension of two telephone lines and internet conections from the existing AT&T communications service pedestal at the southwest corner of the parking lot to the new electrical receptacles on the Crosby Street Pier.
Sewer
* Installation of an exposed sewer line on the southside of the Crosby Street Pier from the pier end to the east end of the pier.
Water
* Installation of an exposed water line on the Interior of the south pier wall from the pier edn to the east end of the pier.
