The proposed project involves a sponsorship agreemetn with H.P. Purdon & Company for partial funding of the 2013 July 4th Big Bay Boom Firewords Show. The San Diego Unified Port District (District) has served as one of the sponsors of the annual July 4th Big Bay Boom Fireworks Show since 2001. The District is a responsible agency for the sponsorship agreement with H.P. Purdon & Company for the fireworks displays which are discharged from locations in San Diego Bay under the jurisdiction of the State Lands Commission.
