The California Department of Public Health is a responsible agency for this project. The USFWS - San Luis NWR Complex has proposed to develop a visitor center and office complex on the San Luis National Wildlife Refuge to provide office space for FWS staff and enhance refuge visitor experience. The project will also increase environmental education opportunities to students. Project will include construction of deep well and septic systems for use.
