Metropolitan is proposing to conduct a Pilot Project lining repair to the Etiwanda Pipeline. The Pilot Project will consist of lining repair to less than one mile in length of pipeline, to conform production rates and effciencies of the lining process and for information gathering and basic data collection for future lining repair.
