The proposed project is funded by the State Water Resources Control Board, through Clean Water Act (CWA) 319h-Nonpoint Source Implementation. The purpose of this implementation project is to replace concrete ditch lining in irrigation ditches to improve efficiency and reduce agricultural run-off returning to the Shasta.
