Document Description
SAA #1600-2012-0134-R5 - Install a ten-foot diameter culvert to provide an emergency escape route between two oil production lease sites. An existing access road to the creek connects the proposed culvert crossing and the highly disturbed oil production facility. The 150-foot long culvert will be placed in an intermittent portion of the creek, and will consist of a head wall, tail wall (23 cubic yards of concrete), soil (126 cubic yards), gravel backfill (123 cubic yards) and ungrouted rock rip-rap (115 cubic yards).
