Document Description
The proposed project aims to replace the existing, rotting wood structural components of the rock crib deck and replace them with steel. The existing wood decking will be removed and replaced (reused) once the beams and rocks are put back into place. The steel beams will be installed from a barge and the decking will be replaced from land. The rocks in the crib will be stacked while new steel beams are put into place than dispersed. All rock crib features sit on the lake bottom and no pile driving is planned.
