On January 24, 2013, the Zoning Administrator approved a modification permit to allow the following: the construction of the existing monument sign on MacArthur Boulevard at Bison Avenue to allow an increase in height to 8'11" where a maximum height of 4' is allowed per the Planned Community text; the construction of a new monument sign at Bison Avenue and Carmelback Street 6'6" in height which identifies the shopping center and up to three tenants where only one monument sign is allowed, where a maximum height of 4' is allowed, and where only the shopping center name is allowed.
