The project is limited to: 1) filing of approximately 0.27 acres of a freshwater wetland by creating three new treated effulent ponds; 2) installing a 36-inch, 68-foot long Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) culvert to allow access to a new 4.6 acres sprayfield; 3) installing sprayfield irrigation lines across wetland areas associated with an unnamed tributary, and 4) creating approximatley 0.278-acres of new wetland habitat.
