Document Description
The Project consists of a General plan Amendments and Rezones for several industrial sites to provide more business opportunities in certain industrial areas in the City, a Repeal the TC (Travel Commercial) zoning district and rezone associated parcels to GC (General Commercial), a Rezone of two residential subdivision to RD-5 (Residential - five du/acre) to correct incorrect zoning districts, a Text Amendments to Title 24, Zoning, to change the labels for the industrial zoning district from M-1 and M-2 to Li and HI respectively, and to add a new planning permit (Minor Conditional use Permit) and to create a new approving authority (Zoning Administrator). The City Council will also consider by resolution to add and update Planning department fees associated with the Project.
