Lukoil (Americas), LLC (Lukoil) proposes to drill one exploratory oil and gas well the Patricia McKellar et al No. 2 in northern Kern County. If economical quantities of oil or natural gas are discovered, Lukoil will install the necessary production equipment to produce the well. Lukoil will not hydraulically fracture the proposed well.
