Document Description
The proposed project would involve the construction of an approximately 60,000 gsf athletic facility and a 36,000 sf plaza upgrade, located on the SJSU South Campus. The improvements would be located primarily between the existing Simpkins Center building and the north end of Spartan Stadium. Other improvements would include an expansion of the kitchen and dining facility located in the Simpkins Center, as well as a small plaza to the north of the athletic complex and a large entry plaza to the west of Spartan Stadium.
