Document Description
The project applicant proposes to increase student enrollment from 315 to 414, modify operations of an existing private school (Hillbrook School), and implement a Traffic Demand Management Plan. The project proposes a CUP modification to replace the existing CUP for Hillbrook School. The CUP modification would also consider modification to conditions, including conditions regarding the hours, frequency, and controls of afterschool, sports, nighttime, weekend, and summer activities and programs. The use would comply with the conditions of approval established in the modified CUP. No physical changes to the school campus would occur with the proposed CUP modification.
