- CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0100-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Arcade Creek Recreation and Park District. The amendment will revise Measure 2.6 of the Streambed Alteration Agreement from daily biological monitoring to weekly biological monitoring for the remainder of the dry season.
