Document Description
The request is for approval of a drum-mix asphalt concrete plant and a recycling facility for asphalt concrete and Portland cement concrete (including crushing and screening). Aggregate material would be brought to the site and mixed with asphaltic oil to produce asphalt concrete. Other facilities would include a lime slurry plant, a 10,000-gallon diesel fuel tank, and truck scales.
