Document Description
The proposed project involves the eventual development of five single family houses on the site, including the rehabilitated Redwood Lodge. Existing features on the site, including but not limited to rock walls, foot bridges and the concrete channel of Arroyo Corte Madera Creek will remain in their current condition. In addition, two of the houses would have an Accessory Dwelling Unit above the garage. Three of the existing houses (the Nixie, Doll, and Eldridge houses) on the project site would be removed. An alternative that would rehabilitate the Redwood Lodge, the Nixie House, and the Eldridge House plus construct two additional new houses will be considered.
