Document Description
The proposed project consists of the construction of a K-5 public elementary school. The school would be designed with a capacity for 600 students attending kindergarten through fifth grade and 24 staff. The school building would be two stories and about 25 feet in height to the top of the elevator equipment. The building would contain approximately 24,500 sf and would include classrooms, a multi-purpose room, administration space and offices, and restrooms. The school's play area would be located in the northern portion of the site and parking would be located on the eastern portion of the site.
