The proposed project consists of the construction of a 3,164 sf, single family dwelling with attached garage. The dwelling consists of two main parts as follows: 1) A two-story "geodesic dome" containing the main living areas; and 2) a one-story, approximately 780 sf "wing" attached on the north side of the dome containing a bathroom, laundry room, hallway area and a two-car covered garage; a terrace is located in front of this wing and the wing would be covered with a waiving green roof.
