Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0148-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Regent Ramona Creek, as represented by Mr. Jeff Dinkin. The project authorized under the Agreement is limited to impacts to 0.59 acres of streambed habitat associated with the implementation of a Specific Plan consisting of 954 residential units and 649,044 square feet of commercial and office land uses. The Specific Plan also allows for alternative development scenarios based on market conditions over time, providing flexibility of up to a maximum of 1,077 dwelling units or a maximum of 760,035 square feet of commercial/office uses, provided there is a corresponding reduction in the residential units. The Specific Plan would also implement a master-planned drainage detention facility and open space area (Ramona Creek Corridor) on 22.8 acres running generally east/west through the Project site. The construction of the project will permanently impact 0.59 acres of streambed habitat consisting of drainage ditches on the east, south, and west perimeters of the Project site.
