Document Description
The proposed project is a Specific Plan for the development of three four-story purpose built buildings that would house 175 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom dormitory housing units, for total of 583 beds. Operation of the student dormitory would be privately operated for use by enrolled students. The development consists of three U-shaped buildings with each building surrounding a central courtyard. The central building is planned to include a leasing office, mail room, computer lab, clubhouse, fitness area, and dormitory units on the ground floor and dormitory units on the upper floors. The two flanking buildings are planned to contain dormitory units on all floors. The development plans also include amenities such as a spa, barbeque areas, a basketball court, outdoor seating areas, and wireless internet.
