Document Description
A Conditional Use to permit the construction, use and maintenance of a church within an existing one-story, 31,376 sf building on an approximately 3.7 acre site in the M3-1 Zone. The proposed church facility will include an approximately 8,900 sf main sanctuary with 714 seats, a main lobby, 3,395 sf fellowship/dining area, 828 sf kitchen, and other ancillary rooms including 6 small chapels, 7 bible study classrooms, a Pastor's office, and 4 additional offices. The project site had 351 on-site parking spaces accessed via two driveways from Vermont Avenue. The project site is located in the M3-1 Zone.
