Vintage Production CA, LLC (VPC) is proposing to install and operate twelve new 85 MMBtu/hr natural gas-fired steam generators. VPC is requesting new permits for six of the new steam generators and modifications to the existing permits for the remaining six steam generators. The proposed project will be located within VPC's Heavy Oil Central Stationary Source in the Kern Front Oil Field.
