Document Type

Present Land Use
Coasta Open Space, 10-acre minimum lot size, slope density formula / Open Space and Existing Community
Document Description
The request is for a Coastal Planned Development Permit to construct a five-foot wide boardwalk that sits on top of the most highly used trails within the project site. The boardwalk would provide an easy and less obstructive route for visitors throughout the site by keeping foot traffic off the soil and lessening disturbance to the archaeological deposits. A rod and cable system would serve as a symbolic fence to encourage visitors to use the boardwalk and not encroach upon the archeological deposits.
