Document Description
Two interrelated "subsequent activities" in the City's biosolids program, as referenced in the 1989 Program EIR and the 1996 Program EIR, are the components of this proposed project. These two subsequent activities are: (1) the City's approval in 2000 of Amendment No. 2 to City Contract C-94375, a pre-existing contract between the City and RBM for the loading, transportation and beneficial reuse of the City's biosolids at Green Acres Farm; and (2) the City's 2000 purchase of the Farm.
