Amend the County-adopted Shaver Lake Community Plan by expanding the community plan boundary by 148.09 acres and change the land use designation of the subject property from Public Lands and Open Space to Public Facilities (Sewage Treatment Facility) and rezone said parcel from the RC-40 (Resource Conservation, 40-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District to the AL-20 (c) (Limited Agriculture, 20-acre minimum parcel size; conditional) Zone District to allow uses related to certain animal husbandry activities (Zoning Ordinance Section 817.1-A), limited horticultural activities (Zoning Ordinance Section 817.1-D.), and historic and monument sites (Zoning Ordinance Section 817.1-M.).
