Document Description
Allow a photovoltaic solar power generation facility with related improvements including a substation with 50-foot tall electrical utility towers, up to seven utility poles approximately 55 feet tall, 13 approximately 1,400 sf inverter/transformer areas, and a seven- to -eight-foot tall chain-link fence on a 248.29-acre parcel in the AE-20 Zone District. The project site is located on the south side of Kamm Avenue, between the Butte Avenue alignment and the Yuba Avenue alignment, approximately three miles west of the unincorporated community of Helm (SUP. DIST.: 1) (APN: 040-080-39s).
