Document Description
Improve Residence #19 in Columbia State Historic Park to facilitate staff use. Work will:
1) Remove existing claw foot tub; relocate sink and toilet to accommodate new tub/shower unit; Remove swing door and build new pocket door.
2) Remove two windows and sheetrock over and replace 2 windows.
3) Construct new interior closet space
4) Install an evaporative cooler and add vent on roof.
5) Reroof a portion of the house and shed with metal roof to match existign .
6) Install new carpet, vinyl flooring, update electrical, install two new lights, and paint Excavate 24 posts holes up to 12" wide x 12" long and 24" deep to build new wood fence in back yard.
