Document Description
The Long project is located in Eastern Fresno County adjacent to Auberry, CA and lies at 1800' to 2500' elevation. Vegetation is representative of the Foothill Woodland plant community associated with the south central Sierra Nevada Mountains. The overstory is dominated by Foothill pines and oaks. The understory is dominated by ceanothus, buckeye, and poison oak. The project will provide for the landowners water ocnservation and fuels reduction goals while providing CAL FIRE resno Kings Unit a location to hold a B faller certificatin class.
