Document Description
This is an emergency roadway washout repair project proposed by Caltrans. The roadway had to be completely closed due to the disconnected section. The culvert needs to be replaced and the roadway prism rebuilt. The project is necessary to restore the roadway and to prevent further degradagtion of the existing structures.
