Document Description
Stabilize, repair and repaint 27 residence and outbuildings in Columbia State Historic Park to preserve the structural integrity of these buildings. Work will: * remove loose and flaking lead based paint; * repair or replace in kind any damaged wood trim, siding, and fascia boards; * apply new undercoat to all exterior wood surfaces; * apply new paint Additional work will install a new door and windows at the Residence 20 outbuilding.
