Document Description
Install three sets of steps behind the Water Treatment Plant in Big Basin Redwoods State Park to safely access the creek for State required water testing purposes. Work will:
* Remove the remaining wooden steps
* Excavate approximately 20 holes, 18" diameter and 48" deep
* Install three sets of aluminum stairs: the first set of stairs measures 36' long by 36" wide with 3' by 3' platforms at the top and bottom with 36" handrails on both sides with a 35 degree slope, the second set of stairs measures 52' long by 36" wide 3' by 4' platforms at top and bottom with a 27 degree slope and the third set of stairs measures 70' long by 36" wide with 3' by 4' platforms at the top and bottom with a 22 degree slope.
