Document Description
Cold in place recycle the lanes and 6" of the shoulder and place 0.15' thick lift of HMA with a safety edge over the entire width of the existing pavement. Localized areas of severe pavement failure will be repaired at both ends of the Surphy Slough bridge. A 0.1' thick sacrificial wearing course will be palced on top.
