Document Description
The proposed Project will install a 650 million gallon per day (MGD) UV facility on cleared and disturbed site that is currently being used as a storage location for pipes in the VNC. The UV facility will include a 55 ft by 250 ft main facility flanked by covered inlet and outlet headers set in the grounds. From these inlet and outlet headers, approximately 400 feet of 144 inch diameter water pipe will be installed and connected to existing pipelines to bring water to be treated to the UV facility from Los Angeles Reservoir and send treated water to the distribution network.
