Document Description
The Project involves two encroachment activities and is limited to: 1) diversion of channel surface waters into an existing on-stream pond for livestock use, and 2) obstruction of streamflow from an existing on-stream dam. The existing on-stream dam was built prior to 1960 and has been in use since construction. Diversion of water will be covered under Registration of Liverstock Stockpond Use Appropriation. No equipment use or excavation is required within the bed, bank or channel of the river and no riparian vegetation will be removed.
