* Two easements encompassing +/-76,069 square feet and +/-3,750 square feet respectively to the City of Brentwood for sanitary sewer purposes;
* One easement encompassing +/-2.25 acres to the city of Brentwood for the existing Vineyards Parkway right-of-way;
* One easement encompassing +/-3,560 square feet to the City of Brentwood for storm drain purposes;
* One easement encompassing two separate areas of +/-17,527 square feet and +/-9,287 square feet for bridge support protection (rip-rap) under the vineyards Parkway crossing of Marsh Creek;
