Caltrans is proposing a project that will replace or repair 11 culverts on highway 89 in Sierra County. The purpose of this project is to repair or replace existing culverts that are in poor condition. Water will be diverted and the culverts will either be replaced in kind or left in place and lined to extnd their life expectancy.
