Improvements will include new roofing and gutters; some siding replacement and exterior painting; new HVAC; plumbing and electrical work; new flooring, baseborads, and doors; kitchen and bathroom updates, including new cabinetry; insulation improvmements; concrete and landscaping work (as necessary); and interior painting.
