Document Description
The project applicant proposes to remodel an existing boathouse and to replace a small non-conforming boat hoist with a conforming low-level lift. the project consists of removal of a total of 14 wood piling (12"). Install 6 boathouse steel piling (10 3/4") and permanent removal of 8 wood piling at the lakeward end of the existing pier for a net reduction in total area of 7.28 square feet.
The existing boathouse piling will be pulled will be pulled if possible, or flush-cut witht he lake bottom. The removal of 8 old, rotten piling will be flush-cut witht he lake botom in order to minimize lake bottom in order to minimize lake bottom disturbance.
