Document Description
The proposed project is the acquisition of property at 2801 2nd Street, Davis, CA which includes a structure of approximately 33,000 gsf, 2.61 acres of land, and 92 on-site parking spaces. The building will be used to accommodate Agriculture and Natural Reserve office uses, consolidating employees from a number of other facilities on and off the Davis campus. Interior renovations to the building are being done under the City of Davis entitlement process.
