Document Description
The District currently owns and operates Well 18 which is located on the identified parcel. Well 18 supplied potable water to the District's water distribution system. Recently, arsenic levels in the groundwater produced by Well 18 have increased above the levels allowed by Califonria Department of Public Health and the District has ceased operation of the well. In order to continue to utilize the well for domestic water supply, arsenic treatment must be added at the well head. The addition of the treatment equipment at Well 18 will facilitate the water supply needs of the District.
