Document Description
The California Health Benefit Exchange was authorized by state legislation. The project proposes to lease approximately 60,000 square feet of office space in an existing office building. The lease would house 470+ Service Center and Supervisory staff to receive calls from our California consumers seeking to use the Exchange. The space would accomodate approximately 300 parking spaces for employees and state vechiles.
