Reopen the Cool Cave Quarry to rock climbing on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays during normal park operating hours within Auburn State Recreation Area to accommodate this recreation use while protecting resources. Reopening work iwll include provining a free-standing portable restroom with no ground disturbance; install free-standing trash containers with little or no ground disturbance and drive several steel stakes approximately tow feet into the ground to install informational signs.
